I've read on the forum people suggest that you be lifting no lower than 65% of your one rap maxi two by five, and no higher than 80%. I now i get it. And this is why i'm writing a whole new book coming out in the fall, on easy strength its. Because for whatever reason, people just can't understand the idea that work out number one isn't that important. It's work outs 20 through forty that ae portant.
