What Are Your Macros Now?

I used to play soccer, Brecht and still, and then in a team of football. So I went there and my trainer saw me and he was like, Fritz, have you hit the three figures like in kilos, the 100 kilos? And yeah, it was, that was funny. But basically, if I look at the macros, I was hitting, I was probably eating 100, 120 grams of protein. Fats definitely much, much higher, like 150 grams, I think at least,. Which is something I want to talk about as well today, fat and tech as a vegan.
