How to Brew a Hop Sampler

This is a little different because we're using Breece Vienna dry malt extract. It's more, how would you? Deep copper? Is that what you would call it? I wouldn't call it a deep copper. Then also I've noticed on this batch, the head retention is just like nothing. The head just goes away. So these beers are headless. It's the Burient Winnet flight. We have Motuika, Raquel, and Sauvign. From Nelson, where I've been. I've actually seen hops like these harvested. But there's a video out there on the basic brewing video. You ever watched basic brewing video? I never heard of it
