Sleep Is a Big Issue, Isn't It?

There seems to be a pretty big gap between the quality and relevance of the information that's delivered by some of these tools. The most validated and practical is the actograph, which is a small wrist worn like a watch that measures the movement. But not all of those devices that you've alluded to are validated. Then the other issue as well is that we can't access the algorithms that are used to produce the sleep data from these devices. How do you use them and how do you interpret them?
