I think that change has to come at multiple levels, you know. People need to have a better understanding of the context when they are viewing an influencer's content. Are we going to shepherd this industry into a more sort of professionalized, organized future where we kind of sort of shape the industry like many other cultural industries? Or are we going to continue to just try to ... make sure our business doesn't fail and turn a blind eye to the problems of the space?"
