How Paleo Complements Perennial Livestock Systems

In this episode we talked about how the “paleo diet” as it is called today is more akin to the “original permaculture diet” then we may think.  If you were to time travel back to 10,000 BC and beyond what we think of as “agriculture” today all humans relied a lot on animal protein and fat.  Even more recently until only a few hundred years ago so did the majority of the world’s population.
