Why Did You Go to a Ketogenic Diet?
The second round of fasting was successful to a point, but it wasn't like the first time. At some point, I needed to have some food. After there's the inner experience, my body didn't accept anything else than rebuy butter and later vegetable juices. So I was automatically on a ketogenic diet because there was no other choice.

Fred Evrard (IG: @fredevrard.academy) has dedicated his entire life to martial arts, nutrition, health and fitness.
In 2020 he was diagnosed with genetic stage-3 colon cancer. Using a 21-day fast, a strict ketogenic diet, cold exposure, sun exposure, breathing, meditation, supplements and only 3 sessions of chemotherapy, he won his fight in only 4 months.
Today, at age 50, Fred feels better, healthier and stronger than he did a 35.
