How Do You Improve Your Basics?
I feel like as a beginner, you should really always focus on the basics first. So before any kind of skill work, just start to really nail down those basic movements against comfortable, comfortable, push-ups dips. I reckon 10 consecutive pull-ups, for example, 20, 30 consecutive dips, 50 bodyweight squats. Once you can do that, that's when you can start to kind of dwell into those harder movements. If you're out there listening, definitely follow those tips. Very good advice.
