Strongman is a nice transition from real absolute strength into ones with slightly more skill because it's slightly unpredictable. The sandbag pyramid, which was essentially strongman in many ways, was very entertaining. I might even lean more into the traditional strongman for that day and then lean more into CrossFit for the middle day. That would be what do you think the best sort of CrossFit met con chipper sort of focus would be?
