What Are the Key Phases in Theatrical Negotiation?
Ause, ive steand a lot of deals where sometimes the unexpected shows up in the due diligence process. What i took away was, one is, be fair in the sense that you got to be mindful that's got to work for both sides. The second is full disclosure, being open honest and just understand the other party in their perspective exactly. That starts to build the bridge that you need, or the bond of trust you need to get the deal done.
