What Do You Like and Dislike About Macrotracking?
Both of us have done intuitive eating and tracking. What do you like and dislike about each well, i guess with tracking, you learn a lot about what's in the foods. But for me, i was like, you know, weighing out the zero calory stuff that i'm eating, which is, like, i feel like that's a bit excessive for me to be exact. I wouldn't even say it's essential, because if you're really just a natural human being, you don't need to know what's in the food. You just need to eat natural foods, and everything else takes care of itself.
