The idea of shared experiences or having knowing the expertise that that person has can help teams to feel more comfortable and speed up decision making. So I think there's certainly an element of understanding the experiences that you've gone through with another person helping you to work quicker and more efficiently as a team. The usual focus on what you do but the expertise actually lying to a great extent in what you see and can we have ways of really working that?
