The Importance of Internships

I love that you do the intern thing. I think a lot of people can look at like unpaid work or internship as a negative thing, but it's like if you really want it and it's, you're going to stick it out and it's going to work for you. Like the benefits once you're in a paid position are probably so much bigger than you just like starting to get paid from the beginning. They actually get stakes in the company as we continue to grow. So there's a lot of benefit, but it doesn't come easy. And that's also what I want to see.
