Is the Fed Signaling Slower Pause on Rates in Emerging Markets?

The Fed has been signaling slower pause on rates. We felt that once the dollar strength went away, then it might be a good time to start leaning into local rates within emerging markets. The next question is a bit obvious. How do you look at EM based on how the central banks of the developing world are postured?
