How to Check in on Goals
Reviewing goals, that's the first section. This is almost like kind of classic talk therapy. And we split it up into wins. What are the wins since the last session? What are the things that you want to celebrate? Challenges. Things that are challenging you right now that are maybe difficult or things that you didn't do,. That you feel bad about what or just something you're struggling with. Those are challenges. Then third part is just looking back to the notes from the last call to review anything that was on the action item list. Like, so basically those are the three sections and check in.
