I think it's important that you're bringing awareness to like all possible solutions I think that me now boys but big thing I say in this podcast going towards what I say is for morning routines but it applies pretty much anything in life is to figure out what works for you try everything in a healthy manner. If you feel as though taking things like Xanax works then that's good if you feel like that's not really the solution for you yet it's the only one that's kept being presented to you and so we didn't get into uh also the sauna.
