Christoph's Notice That Denton's Owns the Language of Klingon

Klingon is being sued by Denton's, who claim they own the entire language of Klingon. The case could set a new precedent for copyright in languages such as Klingon and Russian. Klingons are not really a full conlang; you can say double plus good or double plus ungood to somebody. But that doesn't make them legally protected under US law.
