Eating protein for energy is really where you're hitting your vitamin B6 needs. I want to find a way for people who really love understanding nutrition to get the background from step one to step two and secure that foundation at their own pace without spending a ton of money on it. And so what I'm doing right now is I'm making a class on energy metabolism. This is like the biochemistry of energy metabolism, but it really starts from the bottom. It's great for people who are maybe they already studied this stuff, but they need a way to review it.
