Wilh, thanks for sharing that. I know it is a little embarrassing when we have bad races,. especially like this, when you're very public about it. But i think this is a really good example of, you know, that old line, stress is stress. And if you're experiencing that level of arousal right before marathon, it's really going of impact or performance.
