i think there are some elements of the mediterranean diet which are really quite special. Itit starts on the principles of real food very clearly, but there are some example food combinations which give it a particularly powerful effect. And if i talk to all the various pugilists, the fightersnin in the food fightsn in what i call the macro nutrients wars, you know, the belo the low fat, they all kind of agree that the mediterranean diet is exactually a very good diet.
