Using ground based locomotive movement allows me to dictate what I'm about to receive. So that's why I always have preference over not using boxes. You can't just keep coming up with this new stimulus. The athlete themselves has to start to learn how to create that stimulus for themselves in using high velocities. We all know that we can run faster and jump higher further. And therefore we can then induce that into the next landing, if they are super maximal or maximal based.
