How to Practice Self Forgiveness and Self Compassion
The hope is that we don't hate ourselves at the end of our lives. As someone who's walked through trauma and really devastating things, choosing to forgive myself could easily have been my narrative forever. So I think I lean towards self forgiveness every day because there are things that pop up that I thought I healed from. And it's like, well, that happened. And now you're here. It's a really challenging one. But it must be practiced.
