Is This a Right for All Workers?

The changes that were being consulted on was making this a day one right, relooking at the eight specific reasons for rejecting requests. It also required employers to suggest alternatives if they're not going to accept what the employee first said. One of the issues I was looking at is should this be a right which is limited to employees or should it be a right for all workers? The Bar Council working group put in a response with the Jomaa Mambala QC, Elena Misra and Nardia Matragi - who are from your chambers aren't they? They've kind of co-opted.
