In technology specifically, and just generally, a lot of the buyer side legal team will ask for unlimited liability. That's something that you shouldn't accept if you're even if you're a startup. Now, there are ways to get around it. You can say, hey, we can't do unlimited liability, but we're happy to take on more of the risk in this case.
