How to Workout for Baritone Build Up

In most cases I plan a ratio of one three work rest ratio so if they do 20 25 seconds of that sprint interval of sub maximum intensity then I give them one minute and a half of easy job. It also helps the neuromuscular coordination at higher speeds than 3k or 5k paces. The baritone build up from a recreation athlete it can start with reps of three minutes up to reps of 20 25 minutes.
