Okay, so you're about to hear my sit down with Kat Cole. She's the president and COO of Athletic Greens. As we sat down, I knew I didn't just want to have a conversation about this incredible supplement that is taking over the world, although it's amazing. I really wanted to know about Kat. So it started with her showing me a Roman numeral tattoo that's on her forearm and the conversation became one about how she's known and guided herself, how she's known she was in the right job, in the right relationship, in the right city or making the right family planning choices. It's not about being perfect, it's been about how she's known and move forward with that knowing. What she's done is found a way to stay optimistic, honest, and follow her intuition. I think we can all take a note on that. All of this weaves together into this story of Kat's life so far that has been surprising, unconventional, but oh, so clear.
