Choose a relationship where you'd like to be more intentional and undefended. But don't choose a relationship that brings up a lot of drama for you, cause it won't serve you in the setting. Any choice to stay present and be vulnerable is an exquisite risk. And there's not like a dramatizing vulnerability. It's vulnerable and it's not easy, but it's not drama. So as you practise now, morgan, you might just bring yourself into a position to practise.
