JK: One of the biggest upsides of doing a fat loss phase is to give yourself what I would term runway for further gains until you get to a level of fat that would just say you just don't like to be. JK: It's actually not that difficult for many people, not all but many, to get down to something like 13% fat in a relatively short period of time. And by cutting occasionally, which doesn't have a ton of downsides, you can just give yourself a shitload of more runway to get great long term super momentum mass gains.
