Running 90 Minutes a Week, I Love It!

Running is a form of exercise that can help develop physical, mental and metabolic strength. It's important to get this steady state arobic stimulus in to cocobe a good runner. A 90-minute run would be too much for some people who might not have the strength or endurance needed at their peak. The new training plan uses five minute breaks between each set of runs.
