People don't know what they want until they see something tangible. I hired an agency one time for $15,000 and it took them two weeks to get me my first logo. So again, I jumped straight into the high fidelity, like pixel perfect design, send it their way. It's really easy to iterate anyways. But there's a lot of natural churn that because it's so accessible, a lot of companies see it as an easy way to get what they need and then just run.
