Sleeping Better Every Night, Is It for Jetlag or Leg Noic?
Sleep quality is really measured most of all by what people report when they wake up. So lik when i wake up, do i feel groggy? Do i feel well rested? And am i able to perform skills better than i would have been if i had a worse quality sleep? We're literally just trying to support ourselves in sleeping better every night in one of the optimal ways that we can support. When you take that approach and you look at every ingredient, there's only a few that really do it. That was one trained that i didn't want to create and anted to get off of.
