The Importance of Organizational Atrophy

Sally Kohn: What about the concept of like organizational atrophy or developing this muscle? Like one of the things that I think some companies forget is that this work either of building a net new business, selling multiple products into the same buyer, et cetera. One of the issues with waiting a long time, which I think is conventional wisdom, is that the org doesn't develop the capability. She says there's no one-size-fits-all recommendation on when companies should have this muscle.Kohn: But if we don't do it, we'll never have a successful business and these are components of that.
