How to Keep Yourself Mentally Well
In this current climate, how do you keep yourself mentally well? I genuinely ask myself how I am. It was one of the tricks that I learned in coaching and it's just practicing that on yourself. Listening, being a form of acceptance, which is really liberating. The great thing about that approach is it takes out the decision-making process. So things that make you feel good are like having a chat with your best friend or going for a run.
