How to Say the Affirmation Out Loud When Feeling Negative Emotions

When you are feeling negative emotions it's really easy to start being mean to yourself and pick on yourself. You have to remind yourself that you need to treat yourself like somebody that you love because you would never do that to somebody else. Add posters to your wall or books in your room or maybe picture frames with pictures that inspire you to have positive thoughts. Make sure that you're incorporating things that make you feel good into your environment. I think having inspiring content is so interesting and I'm not gonna lie I spend a lot of time on TikTok but a lot of the time that I do spend on there I am seeing other people's positive perspectives which makes me feel better.
