How to Live a Healthy Life

A healthy life is me getting a good night's sleep, making sure I eat and then getting my workout in doing what I love to do. This is why I want to move my career into this other direction is so that I can get up and not have to actually work because I love what I do. And just being able to recognize that voice in your head and being like, Oh, there's that voice again and, and we don't always need to listen to it or pay attention to it or give it, give it our attention.
