How to Use LinkedIn and Twitter for Thought Leadership

In 2012, you were doing user interviews with people in the first 30 days of them signing up for your product. You're now using LinkedIn and Twitter for thought leadership. Can you just explain what was the motivation behind that? Sure. So there's like three years ago, what we did was mostly userinterviews.com,. We didn't even use landing page. And then we opened it up a little bit to drive some traffic to the landing page. But we kept it in closed beta. That was a major mistake. I should have stayed in closed beta for longer.
