Jessica: I try to coach our clients on the good better best. We're not going to get from bad to the best overnight so we're going to work on iterative like week over week incremental improvement and the only way to do that is just start doing it, she says. Jessica: If you're not finding ways to have incremental improvement as an organizational but also with every person on your team what's going to happen is you're going to get stalled. She ends by saying even if you're on the right path if you're not moving you'll get run over a past up.
