Intermittent fasting is one area where there are potentially differences between male bodies and female bodies. Women perform better when we're fed when we have that energy, because our bodies are more sensitive to that downturn in nutrition than men are. And so on that note with, you know, the differences between men and women, I tell this to our girls every day, you're better than the boys. You're stronger. Every night,You're beautiful, you're strong, you're smart, and they're strong girls.
