The Value of Day Dreaming

There is a value to day dreaming. It's part of the brain's important mechanism of rest. For me, i day dream when i wash dishes. And washing your dishes really reduces your clutter. There's power in doing nothing and there's power in boredom. But our current world is busy filling up those spaces for boredom and telling us not to be bored. When we remove our consciousness, the constraints of our consciousness, from our brain, then real power is unleashed. We don't do that enough.
