Getting Back Together Again

How did we get to the point where there has been in the agency world such disdain for performance? And vice versa, there's almost these political tribes who you're either on one side or the other. There was a sort of cross-fitalization that seemed possible and necessary and important for this industry to really grow up. So it feels like there does feel like there's a need for it in a time where we can start working it out again and getting back together again.
