I'm Not Overthinking It and Feeling Emotional Now
Before the coaching that I had on Wednesday, I was again caught in a bit of like an overthinking, emotional, negative spiral for like the morning of that day. But then when I spoke about it through with my coach and she gave me those tools and we were talking through it afterwards, I didn't even feel the need to like properly delve into it that much more. So maybe it's about actually having like speaking to the right person. Like a therapist, a coach, a coach. One who can actually help you instead of you. And ideally, it's also with the help of someone that is licensed or, you know, professional in that realm to help you sort things out
