Are You Taking Brakes?
When we don't act with intentionality behind what we do, guilt and doubt and worry kind of come flooding into our our time. So if you feel guilt with how you spent a day, maybe you spent it nicely. Maybe you spent it productively, maybe you created the things that you are proud of. Our mind wanders when we're focused on our goals versus our plans. We need to be more intentional about spending our attention or energy in this moment.
