How to Use Your Heart Rate to Keep You in the Right Zones

Using your heart rate can be another useful guide towards putting you in the right effort zone. One good role of thumb is if you take one 80 and subtract your age. For me, that's, i'm forty one, so one 80 mius my age is one 39. That is a good threshold for the difference between easy and working hard. The challenge with heartwright though is that it is very individual.
