How to Build a Tolerance of Pain
When you do interval training in the gym, it trains you such that that that physical sensation of worry and pain and distress and panic, it doesn't bother you as much. What I would suggest to build up your tolerance of pain is to start intentionally hang out with people that don't have your worldview. And purposely look for people that have a complete different perspective on life.
