I'm Not in Meetings Now, but It's the Work That I Really Care About

I like that insight of the more you progress, the more meetings you find yourself in. I'm sure there are many people who had this vision of themselves progressing to senior leadership positions and finding themselves just in nonstop, back to back meetings. So definitely it's part of my reason was to kind of establish more freedom around choice. And that's what really excites me versus other leadership type positions.
