How to Manage Churn in SAS
In SAS, you're seeing anywhere from a six to 10 apps multiple. How was your churn? Churn started to get better over time. So the churn was relatively high speeds high. It was probably about around 20% to go north of that. And so it could have been better. We could have done a better job at renewing and also renewing at a higher price,. which are all things that we had started working on in 2019.
