The Importance of Self-Awareness
There are two other disciplines that I've found very, very useful at various points. Ayeongar yoga is probably the most highly disciplined form of hatha yoga practice. Feldenkrais' movement through awareness helps you in a way that perhaps I had not gotten in my Alexander technique training. And also, in my case, some physical therapy, but taught by a very unusual physical therapist and not your kind of normal PT.
