The Hundred Mile Distance Race

The 100 mile distance is a little unique within the durance world. It's so long that the intensity tends to be quite low relative to some of your traditional, like, endurance events such as five kilometers up to amarathon. So i'm going to always be building my plan from least specific types of things earlier in the plan and moving towards the more specific things that i'll be using on ras day as i get closer to race day.
