Is That a Sign That You're Not Healthy?

The average person who sits around the 25 30% is generally what we would consider a healthy, but you're not like lean at that stage but you look fine. Everyone has a certain amount of muscle and so if you get lean enough, you will look muscular because the muscle is going. And then you're going to have muscle abs like again. If someone's abs are showing that isn't that isn't a sign that that person is unhealthy.
