What Would Have to Be True?

What would have to be true for that to be a great idea? What would have to. be true about customers? What would having to be true about competitors? And all that is fleshing out an argument that says, if these things were to be true, then that is good possibility. Cant it if when we think about those things we say, boy, i don't know if we can either these are either true or things we can make true. Cause sometimes you have to to have a successful strategy to invent the future. You've got to make things true that aren't.
